Z nového rozhodnutí Nejvyššího správního soudu (NSS) vyplývá hrozba peněžní sankce rodičům, kteří nenechají své dítě očkovat takzvanou hexavakcínou. Soud vyhověl kasační stížnosti ministerstva zdravotnictví. Rozšířený senát NSS už v dubnu v jiném rozhodnutí stanovil, že konkretizace očkovací povinnosti formou vyhlášky neodporuje ústavněprávním požadavkům. Rozhodnutí o hexavakcíně z tohoto stanoviska vychází.
